A Sort Of Card For Some Challenges

Good afternoon I really wish this weather would make up it's mind. I hope where ever you are it is better than here, we have rain one minute then sun and then rain again grrrr.

I just popped on to share this, well I am not sure what to call it, it is like a card but not actually attached to a card base so is it called a topper? I don't know. It was made by request after I used this image (Elisabeth Bell's Digi 'Little Best Friends') previously, the lady said it would be perfect for something she was putting together for someone. All I know is it is going to be attached to something else along with some other details so I guessing a bit like a collage.
