Happy Birthday With A Sprinkle Of Sugar

Good afternoon, I made this card a few days ago and keep forgetting to post it so here it finally is. I have been having a play with some scraps and this cute Sugar Nellie image. I used my Cricut to die cut the scalloped circle.
