Crafty Calendar Challenges May Challenge

Good morning, good morning. Wow two cards in one week that is a record at the moment lol.

As it is the first Saturday of the month it means it is time for another Crafty Calendar Challenge and this month our challenge is 'Things with wings' and the optional extra of 'Use acetate'.

For my card today I had to dig deep to find an image with something that had wings and this is the best I could come up with, oh how I miss all my crafty supplies! I used 'Nice to meet you' from Little Darlings and teamed it with this butterfly stamp that I stamped onto acetate with Stazon, this is not something I have done before on a card but I actually quite like the effect. I managed to use up some of my scraps from the Echo Parks 'A walk in the garden' range as well as some Bazzill scraps so I guess you could call this a scraped card lol.

Supplies:-
6" Square Card Blank - Boyes
Card stock - Bazzill
Designer Papers - Echo Park 'A Walk In The Garden'
Main Image - Little Darlings 'Nice To Meet You'
Butterfly - ?Crafts Too
Medium - Promarkers
Acetate - Craftmania
Gems - Papermania

Promarkers Used:-
Hair - Mustard, Buttercup & Daffodil Bloom
Skin - Oatmeal, Blush & Ivory
Eyes - Surf Blue
T-Shirt - Burnt Orange, Spice & Pumpkin
Dungarees - Soft Green, Pastel Green & Honeydew
Butterfly - Rose Pink, Pink Carnation & Pale Blossom

Challenges I would like to enter this into:-
Anything Goes - Things With Wings
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes

Thanks for stopping by and have a great bank holiday weekend all those of you in the UK.
