Cupcake Craft Challenges

Well here I am with post number two today, what a shock!!!

My daughter came in from work yesterday and asked if I would make a card for a patient of hers who is very ill and will be spending her 50th birthday in hospital alone as she has no family nearby. How could I refuse but as I don't know the lady I don't know what she likes so I thought to go on the safe side I would make this decoupage card which fits in with Cupcake Craft Challenges who have the theme 'numbers'. I have not done decoupage in ages since I discovered I enjoyed stamping so this made a change. The card is 8 layers high and seem to take forever to cut out. Hopefully the recipient will like it.

Side view of all the layers

For the card I used:-

Craft Creations A5 card with square aperture

Craft Creations decoupage sheet

Anita's peep offs

Some gems from stash.

This was a fairly quick card to make once all the layers were cut out.

Thankyou for looking at my card and I hope you like it.

Kim xXx
