Crafty Sentiments 'Animals' Challenge

Good morning all, I sure hope this lovely weather is here to stay and we will not be back tracking to any more snow.

Firstly I would just like to wish my husband Happy Anniversary as we celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary today on St Patrick's Day and yes I did where green when we got married although neither of us is Irish!! My hubby booked our wedding as a Valentine's present and tried to book it for my birthday which is on the 19th but this was the nearest date he could get and had not noticed what day it was. We had just under 5 weeks to arrange everything with 4 young children and 1 of them a baby of 3 months to sort out as well but we did it and I wouldn't of wanted it any other way NOW lol.

Happy St Patrick's Day also to all my Irish visitor's.

This week our challenge at Crafty Sentiments Designs is 'Animals', now I know a lot of my fellow team ladies have used the NEW really cute Baby Bears from the Mini Kit that have been released TODAY and which I gave you a sneaky peek at last week, however I decided to use something different to show that if you have collected the freebies as time has gone by you will have the perfect 'Animal' image to use this week. Plus I know there are a lot of people finding money a little tight at the moment and cannot afford new purchased but this way you can still play along for the chance to win.

My Pink Stamper Challenge

Good morning all. It is a beautiful bright warm morning here on the east coast of England and looking out of my window the sea is the calmest it has been so far this year, now does that mean that Spring is finally on it's way oh I hope so.

Today I have a very quick card to show you that I made with the Cricut, 'Owl' from Pooh & Friends  and the card base shape from Once Upon A Princess Cartridge.  I welded the two shapes together in design studio to make this easel shaped card for a friend that is mad on 'Owl' from Winnie The Pooh.

My friend is not a girlie girl and doesn't like flowers so I found it hard to embellish this which is why I just added some stitching, gems and a piece of lace to detract from the plainness of just having Owl.

Supplies:-
Cardstock - Bazzill
Lace - Craftmania
Sentiments - Papermania

I would like to enter this into the My Pink Stamper Challenge which is to make a project using 'A Feathered Friend'

I hope your all having a lovely day, I am off to make my DT cards and a St Patrick's Anniversary card for my hubby.
